Job summary

Insync Staffing Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Associate for 2nd shift in Clinton, PA to assemble and package medical devices in a cleanroom environment. The role is full-time, onsite, with zone gowning and GMP compliance. Training provided; growth opportunities exist.

The ideal candidate can stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, follow safety procedures, and accurately record production data. Pay is $18.75–$20.50/hour plus $0.75 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to follow GMP and gowning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load and operate equipment, assemble components, and package finished products.
• Perform quality checks and complete accurate production records.
• Resolve basic equipment alerts using touchscreen controls and report issues.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas while following GMP and gowning requirements.
