Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Woodstock, IL. The role offers a pay rate of $17.00 – $20.55 per hour with shifts from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, across A, B, C, D schedules.

You will support daily production by operating lines, inspecting products, packaging, and maintaining GMP-compliant processes. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, comfort with visual inspections, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and identify product defects.
• Experience operating or working around automated production equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of quality standards, safety procedures, and GMP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• As a Manufacturing Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions.
• Help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
• Trim, inspect, package, and finish-pack products on Form/Fill/Seal lines and load cartons and packaging materials onto equipment.
• Monitor equipment for jams or malfunctions and notify supervisors or technicians as needed.
• Complete required production documentation and maintain accurate records in GMP-compliant environment.
