This role supports production goals across a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Hourly pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.00, with opportunities for advancement in a safety-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Nano production line for bottle jams and product defects.
• Identify and communicate production or quality issues immediately.
• Assist with label changes and production line support.
• Clear minor line interruptions and elevate larger issues to supervisors or machine operators.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain production flow and support overall operations.
