Staffmark Group is hiring a Production Associate in Elk Grove Village, IL. The role involves hands-on production support, moving materials, and ensuring safe, efficient operations on a 12-hour rotating schedule.

The job requires a high school diploma or GED (manufacturing training helpful) and at least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or related fields. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a loud environment.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Minimum 6 months of recent manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience.
• Experience operating a manual pallet jack preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with emphasis on safety and productivity.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort, stack, and organize mailing packets and marketing materials as they come off printing presses.
• Place finished printed materials into mail bins and prepare products for shipment.
• Stack filled mail bins onto pallets according to production requirements.
• Move completed pallets to designated staging areas using a manual pallet jack.
• Support production operations while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Work around high‑volume printing equipment in a busy manufacturing environment.
