Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Plainfield, IN. The role operates on a 2nd shift with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and a schedule from 3:30pm to 12:00am. You will load/unload trailers, move parts, and support production while upholding safety and quality standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), steel-toe footwear, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards.
• Manufacturing or warehouse training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Unload machines and production equipment as directed.
• Move, organize, and stage metal parts and materials throughout the facility.
• Perform general labor and production support duties as assigned.
• Handle metal parts used in automotive, agricultural, construction, and industrial applications.
• Support production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
