Compensation and Shifts

• $22.50 per hour, hiring for all shifts
• First shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Second shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm with differential
• Third shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am with differential

($2.00 Differential Pay for every hour worked)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow written instructions, SOPs, safety instructions, and operating procedures
• Use and read precision measurement tools like dial bore gauges, micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
• Operate machinery, perform setups, and adjust metal forming equipment
• Change punches and shear dies as needed
• Ensure production areas are stocked with required materials
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely after training
• Assist and train co-workers, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain cleanliness
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Safety

• Follow all safety rules and wear PPE
• Report safety device issues
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Operate lifting devices safely

Skills and Environment

• Basic math skills
• Work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long hours, and perform physical tasks

Qualifications
