Production Associate

Description:

Production Associate - $22.34

Pay Rate: Production Associates start at $22.34 per hour. Successful operators will have the opportunity to quickly gain new skills and promote into advanced positions earning up to $41.85.

Category/Shift: Rotating 12 hour or 8 hour work schedule depending on department/need

Day Shift: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Night Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

8 Hour Rotating Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Position Requirements:

• Minimum high school graduate, GED or equivalent work experience; manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for employment in the U.S.
• Understand and follow directions
• Operate or work from elevated work surfaces (with proper safety training and protection)
• Must wear required safety equipment (PPE)
• Must work around heavy machinery
• Must undergo initial and periodic drug screens
• Participate in New Hire Integration (NHI) Orientation
• Successful completion of 125-day probationary period

Mill Operations - You must be able to:

• Work in 24/7 operations
• Work rotating schedules that are subject to change

• Work some major holidays, weekends, and nights
• Switch between nights and days
• Consider the potential impact on family and missing family events
