Job summary

D&W Diesel, Inc. is seeking dependable team members for 1st shift manufacturing roles in Auburn, NY. No manufacturing experience required; training provided. If you’ve worked in hands-on jobs, you can start a rewarding career building quality products.

You’ll teardown and assemble, operate tools, inspect parts, read drawings, keep a clean, safe workspace, and work in a cell to meet daily goals while identifying quality and efficiency improvements. Competitive pay and benefits available.

• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Teardown and assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Work as part of a manufacturing cell to meet daily production goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Job Description: No manufacturing experience? No problem. D&W Diesel is looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. If you've worked in food service, construction, landscaping, warehousing, automotive, or another hands-on job, we'll provide the training you need to succeed in manufacturing. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in building quality products, we'd love to meet you.
