Job summary

Momentum Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Associate in Vermont to support daily production goals within a combined office and manufacturing floor setting. You will collaborate with a team to set up simple machines, read blueprints, and ensure adherence to QC procedures while contributing to overall quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Job Summary

As a manufacturing associate you will be working in a manufacturing environment. In this role your responsibility will be to help your team achieve daily production goals. Work will vary based off of production needs.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience required
• Basic math skills
• Accountability to show up to work regularly and provide a positive attitude.

Work Environment

This position operates in both office and manufacturing floor environments. Exposure to noise, machinery, temperature variation, and industrial conditions may occur when accessing plant areas.
