Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate wire processing machines to terminate wire and cable assemblies.
• Read cut sheets and verify machine setup according to specifications.
• Follow work instructions and production processes accurately.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working order.
• Use manual tools to crimp wire and cable as needed.
• Monitor product quality and maintain production standards.
• Report equipment issues to the Line Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Manufacturing Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
