Job description

As a Manufacturing Associate at Honeywell, you will employ critical thinking in a clean room environment. Use your knowledge of chemistry fundamentals to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs. You will work under direct supervision alongside talented chemists to develop and optimize chemical formulations, conduct experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development of Honeywell’s next-generation products. Your responsibilities include running experiments and tests to improve manufacturing procedures and processes. You will be part of a committed team that provides expertise and ensures project success.

This role impacts the integration of chemistry principles into product development, enhancing quality and innovation. Your leadership fosters a collaborative environment, driving the company's success by advancing scientific possibilities.

  3. Package and label products for shipment with proper documentation and traceability.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or incidents.
  6. Collaborate with team members and communicate issues or concerns.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a clean room laboratory.
