Honeywell is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team, responsible for developing and optimizing chemical formulations in a clean room laboratory. The successful candidate will work directly with chemists to ensure innovative product development, enhancing quality and execution in manufacturing. As a Manufacturing Associate at Honeywell, you will employ critical thinking in a clean room environment. Use your knowledge of chemistry fundamentals to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs. You will work under direct supervision alongside talented chemists to develop and optimize chemical formulations, conduct experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development of Honeywell’s next-generation products. Your responsibilities include running experiments and tests to improve manufacturing procedures and processes. You will be part of a committed team that provides expertise and ensures project success.
