Production Associate -OVERNIGHT SHIFT 6pm - 6am


Join our Production Team!
We're seeking a motivated and skilled Production Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting high-quality products using a variety of manufacturing equipment. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a company that values teamwork and innovation.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate a variety of production machinery, including winders, ovens, and kneaders, following detailed specifications and blueprints.
  • Produce products that consistently meet our high standards for quality and precision.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure that finished parts meet our exact requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with your team members to achieve production goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
What You'll Need:
  • Teamwork: You enjoy working collaboratively and have excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: You're a stickler for accuracy and take pride in producing quality work.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: You're comfortable working with machinery and have a knack for understanding technical instructions.
  • Safety-Conscious: You prioritize safety and follow established protocols.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree or completion of an apprenticeship program is a plus!
  • Experience: At least 2 (two) year of related experience or equivalent on-the-job training.
Physical Requirements:
  • This role requires standing for extended periods, using hand tools, and performing repetitive movements like bending and stooping.
  • Ability to work in a hot / cold environment
  • You'll need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
