Production Associate

As a full-time Production Associate, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and quality is key. Daily responsibilities may include operating machinery or tools, assembling or soldering small components, inspecting and testing products for accuracy, preparing parts or materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Associates are expected to follow written instructions, safety procedures, and production standards while collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals. This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. A willingness to learn, adapt to change, and support different areas of the production floor is essential. Mandatory overtime may be required based on company needs. .

We are currently hiring for both day and evening shifts. Our standard schedule runs Monday through Thursday, with day shift hours from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and evening shift hours from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Consistent attendance and the ability to work overtime when needed are critical to success in this role.If you're dependable, hands-on, and ready to grow with a company that values your contributions, we’d love to hear from you.
