Staffmark Group is hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Plainfield, IN. The role operates on a 2nd shift with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and a schedule from 3:30pm to 12:00am. You will load/unload trailers, move parts, and support production while upholding safety and quality standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), steel-toe footwear, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Job Duties

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred.
• Experience handling metal parts, operating production equipment, or working in an industrial environment is a plus.
• Strong attendance and reliability required.
• Ability to work safely in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to consistently work the assigned 2nd shift schedule.
• Steel-toe shoes required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and handle metal materials and products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
