Staffmark Group in Addison, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. You will inspect, assemble, and pack products with care, ensuring quality standards and meeting daily production goals.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, and a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Benefits include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a safety-focused work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
