Oxford custom manufactures precision metal parts to exact customer specifications. We are seeking self-motivated individuals for manufacturing positions. We have excellent opportunities for growth within our company! Currently, we are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Associates will receive the sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. Job Description

The starting wage for a Manufacturing Press Operator is $20.25 plus a shift premium for off shifts (2nd shift: $.75/hour 3rd shift $.75/hour), with an opportunity to grow to $24.74/hour (plus shift premium). The starting wage for a Light Machine Operator is $18.45 plus a shift premium for off shifts (2nd shift: $.75/hour 3rd shift $.75/hour), with an opportunity to grow to $22.05/hour (plus shift premium).

Required Skills and Education

*A minimum of 18 years of age

*Able to work overtime
