Job summary

Balanced Body, a leading Pilates equipment designer and manufacturer, is hiring a Manufacturing Assistant Supervisor. You will assist with daily to long-term line planning, supervise crew progress, and coordinate with the Supervisor and Director to meet targets.

You will help ensure product quality, maintain equipment, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards. The role requires leadership experience, CNC familiarity, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Min 2 years in a leadership role.
• CNC experience preferred (vinyl, wood or metal).
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with production scheduling, planning or inventory a plus.
• Experience with receiving and sending parts preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support line planning on a daily, weekly and long-term basis.
• Ensure production quality and inspect incoming/outgoing products.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance per procedures.
• Keep supplies stocked by monitoring inventory and expediting orders.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment following standards and policies.
