Job summary

Amphenol PCD is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to join our Beverly, MA finance team, focusing on financial reporting, cost accounting, internal controls and audit support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements and ensure GAAP/COSO compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or assistant controller experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, and standard cost accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls aligned with COSO and GAAP standards.
• Perform general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and prepare schedules.
