Job summary

Isuzu North America seeks an experienced Manufacturing Asset Management Specialist to oversee the tracking, documentation, and reporting of all physical assets at its Piedmont, South Carolina facility. The role requires expertise in asset management and ERP systems, including SAP and eMaint, to maintain a comprehensive asset register and support CAPEX planning.

The ideal candidate will manage asset records, coordinate with Finance and Operations, and ensure accurate reporting and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in asset management, fixed asset accounting, administration or data analysis.
• Experience using ERP or computerized asset management systems.
• Intermediate SAP capabilities and familiarity with eMaint.
• Knowledge of CAPEX planning, fixed asset tracking and depreciation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for all manufacturing equipment, machinery, tooling, and facility assets.
• Update asset information using eMaint and ERP systems.
• Document assets with photographs, barcode IDs, asset codes, vendor info, and location.
• Maintain fixed asset register, including acquisitions, transfers, depreciation, and disposals.
• Support CAPEX planning, asset tracking, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
• Monitor depreciation and lifecycle information with Finance.
