Job summary

SPX Technologies is opening a new campus facility and seeks an Assembly Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations. You will lead a diverse team, hire/train staff, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety, and continuous improvement, with accountability for on-time delivery and efficient operations on a campus site that hosts Marley and Ingenia Technologies divisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including assembly, welding/machining, quality control
• Experience with ERP and inventory planning tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate hourly workers

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to manufacturing team to ensure productivity and a positive environment
• Partner in recruitment and onboarding of employees
• Oversee safety, housekeeping and adherence to SOPs
• Coordinate with production planning to meet schedules and on-time delivery
• Use ERP and reports to monitor performance and drive improvements
