Starting Pay: $21.70 + $1.50 Shift Differential -$23.20. Year 1: Raise every 3 months. Training: Can be 1-3 months long and is only done on 1st shift. Location: Leetsdale. Job Title: Manufacturing Technician II. TOPS Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for a union manufacturing facility offering excellent training and a structured wage progression program.

This role is ideal for candidates with basic manufacturing experience who are comfortable using hand and power tools and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing. This position functions as a utility technician within the facility, supporting multiple areas of the production process. While you may assist in different departments, the role has a strong focus on mechanical assembly, product testing, and repair work. The company offers a strong training program designed to develop employees with entry to intermediate skill levels. Employees receive scheduled raises every three months during their first year as they learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Pay Progression
  • Starting pay: $21.70/hour
  • 3 months: $22.75/hour
  • 6 months: $23.90/hour
  • 9 months: $25.00/hour
  • 12 months: $26.35/hour
  • Additional pay: Night shift: +$1.50/hour
Shift Times
  • 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm
  • 2nd shift: 2pm - 10:30pm
  • 3rd shift: 10pm - 6:30am
