Position Details

Direct hire – Full‑time. Shift: Daylight Shift 7am to 3:30pm. Location: Leetsdale, PA. Starting pay $21.70 per hour with raises every 3 months, reaching $26.35 per hour within the first 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and basic repairs on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Support various production areas as needed.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and manage inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting or technical school training in mechanics.
• Good organizational skills for record‑keeping and inventory management.
• Availability for the standard daylight shift (7am–3:30pm).
• Willingness to maintain safety standards and perform routine equipment inspections.
• Nice to have: Experience with SAP or a similar maintenance management system; additional technical training in mechanics or related fields.
• Preferred education: Technical training or coursework in mechanics with 1+ years of practical maintenance experience.

Pay & Raise Schedule

• $21.70/hr – starting pay.
• $22.75/hr – first raise (after 3 months).
• $23.90/hr – second raise (after 6 months).
• $25.00/hr – third raise (after 9 months).
• $26.35/hr – fourth raise (after 12 months).
