Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler at our Ruther Glen, VA site to support production through assembly, inspection, packaging and movement of materials.

The role collaborates with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and measurement skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions and schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery and equipment safely.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and specifications.
• Identify and report defects or issues to supervisors.
• Package, label and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain production records and documentation as required.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling and inventory movement.
