Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler at our Sandston, VA site to support production through assembly, inspection, packaging, and movement of products. You’ll collaborate with teammates to hit production goals while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities include reading work instructions, operating tools and equipment, and maintaining accurate records. Overtime and shift work may be required in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to supervisors or team leads.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; participate in continuous improvement.
