The Manufacturing Assembler role supports production by assembling, inspecting, packaging and moving products while upholding safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, can read and follow instructions, perform basic math, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns to supervisors or team leads.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation as required.
• Follow established manufacturing processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production objectives.
• Participate in lean manufacturing practices and manufacturing improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
