Job summary

Parsec Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to support the production of high-quality antennas in Plano, Texas. This in-person role requires attention to detail and the ability to perform precise hand assembly and soldering tasks.

Training is provided, and candidates should be able to stand or sit for long periods and work a Monday–Friday day shift. A high school diploma is required, and reliability is essential for daily output goals.

We're looking for dedicated Manufacturing Assemblers to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality antennas. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our innovative products to life.

Main Duties:

• Put together antenna parts by hand or using small tools.
• Use a soldering iron to connect wires and parts.
• Check that all parts are working and look good through careful inspection.
• Follow safety rules and work instructions precisely to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Keep your work area clean and organized, contributing to overall workplace efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble various components and sub-assemblies of antennas according to schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to ensure accurate and secure assembly.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to identify and correct any defects or deviations from specifications.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet daily output goals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Some experience with assembly or soldering is helpful, but we're happy to train the right candidate!
• Able to use your hands for small, detailed work with precision.
• Can stand or sit while working for many hours as needed for production.
• Listen and follow directions in English clearly and accurately.
• Work well with others and be on time consistently, demonstrating reliability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
