Staffmark Group is hiring a Manufacturing Assembler in Menifee, CA. This role involves assembling electronic and electro-mechanical products, inspecting finished work, and supporting safe, efficient factory operations. The schedule is Monday–Friday with a 6am–2:30am shift, and the pay rate is $17.00 per hour.

The position requires no specific education, ability to read work instructions, and basic math and record-keeping skills. Prior wire assembly and electronics experience are preferred.

Job Duties

• Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical products according to specifications and work instructions.


• Form sub-assemblies and final assemblies using techniques such as soldering, winding, coating, taping, cementing, molding, terminating, and vacuum filling.


• Clean, prepare, and install components into finished assemblies.


• Test and inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met.


• Maintain accurate production and quality records.


• Perform small-part assembly work with a high level of precision.


• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.


• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• No specific education requirements.


• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.


• Basic math and record-keeping skills preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of wire assembly experience required.


• Experience working with small parts and electronic components.


• Ability to follow detailed assembly procedures and quality standards.


• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.


• Previous electronics manufacturing or electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.


• Good manual dexterity for handling small components and detailed assembly work.


• Ability to sit for extended periods during the workday.


• Capable of performing repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
