Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build finished goods and verify material compliance using work orders, sketches, and schematics.
• Configure and manage operation of hand and hydraulic presses.
• Use various power tools to assemble, wire, clean, and rustproof components and filters.
• Ensure finished assemblies meet established quality standards.
• Support repairs, testing, and washing duties.
• Participate in cross-training across departments to develop versatility.
• Track production status and access engineering documentation using digital systems.
• Assist with credit process by disassembling returned filters as needed.
• Complete miscellaneous duties as directed by management.
• Maintain flexibility to work additional hours when production needs arise.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Leetsdale, PA. This is a direct hire, onsite position offering a pay rate of $19.45 per hour. We maintain a 40-hour work week with openings across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Key Duties

• Build finished goods and verify material compliance against manufacturing requirements by utilizing work orders, sketches, and engineering schematics.
• Configure and manage the operation of hand and hydraulic presses.
• Utilize various manual and power equipment, including electric drills, pneumatic torque wrenches, and screwdrivers, alongside adhesives to support the assembly, wiring, cleaning, and rustproofing of components and filters.
• Ensure that all finished assemblies adhere to established quality standards.
• Support the team by performing necessary repairs, testing, and washing duties.
• Develop a versatile skill set by participating in cross-training across different departmental functions.
• Utilize digital internal systems to track production status, access engineering documentation, manage inventory, and execute necessary production transactions.
• Support the credit process by taking apart returned filters as requested.
• Complete miscellaneous duties as directed by management.
• Maintain flexibility to work additional hours when production needs arise.

Qualifications

• Possession of a GED, high school diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in an assembly role is considered an asset.
• A background working within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Competency in mechanical assembly techniques.

Technical Tools

• Experience with various power tools.
