Responsibilities

• Oversee the function of one or more Team Leaders within an area or several areas within the factory.
• Coordinate the production activities of the department/line.
• Ensure department employees have adequate tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure staff training for the processes they perform.
• Coach and direct employees in quality expectations, task direction, performance, and housekeeping.
• Review work for compliance to quality standards and specifications.
• Communicate performance goals to staff.
• Complete timesheets for hourly employees.
• Support Quality and Safety policies.
• Lead CI activities to improve plant KPIs.
• Hold weekly meetings with team leads to review CI targets.
