Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager for Manufacturing/Industrial projects in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead client programs, guide teams through design and delivery, and manage contracts, budgets, and schedules to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

This role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in architecture, 8+ years of experience in architecture/design, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office; licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Manufacturing/Industrial project experience preferred.
• Licensure as a professional architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all project phases and ensure deliverables meet contract, schedule, budget and MG2 standards.
• Ensure required contracts are in place prior to execution of contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing workplans.
• Oversee construction administration including site visits, RFI reviews, and punch lists.
