Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager - Manufacturing/Industrial to join our Client Programs Market team in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead project teams through all phases of design and delivery, including contract management, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in architecture, experience with manufacturing/industrial projects, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Bluebeam,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Experience on Manufacturing/Industrial projects preferred.
• Licensure as a licensed professional preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases with schedule, contract, and budget alignment.
• Ensure contracts are in place before execution and maintain QA/QC plans.
• Develop milestone-based project schedules and staffing plans.
• Contribute to proposals and RFP responses as needed.
• Monitor financial status and provide periodic reviews with leadership.
• Oversee invoicing, reporting, and client communications.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and coordination.
• Support Construction Administration with RFI/Submittal reviews and closeout.
