Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Certification as a licensed professional preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through milestone-based project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all design and construction phases to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Ensure contracts are in place before starting contract deliverables.
• Create milestone-based schedules and staffing workplans.
• Develop Project Charters with QA/QC plans for all work.
• Monitor financial status and perform periodic reviews with leadership.
• Lead meetings and manage communications with clients and stakeholders.
