Job summary

Connectronics Corp. in Toledo, OH, is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support all aspects of the organization’s accounting functions.

This role will maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and help ensure compliance with applicable standards. The Accounting Clerk will record daily transactions, manage payables and receivables, reconcile bank accounts, and assist with inventory and vendor setup while upholding GAAP and internal policies.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge preferred for accurate financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts on a daily and monthly basis.
• Handle daily commissions reporting and monthly accruals.
• Generate and maintain new vendor applications.
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Help ensure compliance with GAAP and internal finance policies.
• Provide accounting support and other administrative duties as required.

• Correctly record day-to-day financial transactions.
• Responsible for the full end-to-end management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
