Saint-Gobain seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, Analytics & Sensors to support the Manufacturing Data Strategy across North America. You will work with plants and central teams to identify problems, develop analytics solutions, and deploy dashboards and safeguards using sensors and control systems.

This role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven insights, and project leadership. BS in electrical/electronics/CS required; 3+ years manufacturing experience with measurement systems and data

Qualifications

• BS in electrical/electronics/CS or related field; controls exp. preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with measurement systems and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with automation and controls preferred.
• Familiarity with construction-product lines (gypsum/insulation/siding/roofing).

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Industry 4.0 analytics projects.
• Collaborate with plants and central teams to study processes and engineer analytics solutions.
• Use data to support root-cause analysis, dashboards, and monitoring.
• Lead training for management and employees on projects.
• Manage project time, costs, and budgets.
• Stay current on manufacturing analytics technologies.
• Perform related duties as needed.
