Job summary

PowerSecure, a Southern Company subsidiary, seeks a Manufacturing Data Analyst in Durham, NC. You will develop, implement, analyze, report, and maintain assigned reports with sound data integrity to fulfill data requests accurately.

You will collaborate with the Management team and the Manufacturing Data Analytics Supervisor to identify tasks, monitor ongoing reports, and present clear insights to internal customers. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or analytical roles.
• Proficient with ERP and TMS systems and inventory data.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to create PowerBI reports.
• Strong problem solving, data integrity, and the ability to explain insights to internal customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork to deliver solutions.
• Strong communication with internal customers.
• Professionalism when interacting with clients and other departments.
• Ability to explain complex reports and tell key takeaways.
• Able to read and interpret manuals and safety rules.
• Proficient in developing reports using PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Work with management to identify and execute assigned data requests.
• Regularly monitor reports to ensure data integrity as data evolves.
• Explain and deliver data in a clear, user-friendly manner.
