Job summary

You will perform statistical analysis (Cpk, Ppk), design experiments (DOE), create dashboards, and collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance to reduce yield losses and cycle times while ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science (preferred).
• Strong foundation in engineering principles and statistical software.

Responsibilities

• Execute statistical analysis on process data and identify variance drivers.
• Plan and manage projects under guidance of senior staff.
• Design and analyze controlled experiments (DOE) to validate changes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance to implement root-cause solutions.
• Contribute to Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve yield, cycle time, and costs.
• Assist in deploying real-time monitoring tools and dashboards to ensure specification adherence.
• Support safety standards and proper handling/documentation of hazardous waste as required.
