Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Analyst Level 1 or a Manufacturing Analyst Level 2 to join our Tooling organization in Utah. The role supports production, planning, and cross-functional teams, with a focus on budgeting, EVMS, and cost analysis while interfacing with leadership.

The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to obtain U.S. Government clearance, and experience with EVMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree with 0 years experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Must be able to obtain U.S. Government Clearance within a reasonable period of time
• Must be able to obtain Program Access Request (PAR) within a reasonable period of time
• Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System)
• Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and a skilled communicator

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and tracking of spending for Tooling material and labor (direct & indirect)
• Analyze financial trends and variances and recommend corrective actions
• Develop, analyze, and maintain estimates to completion and perform monthly budget, EAC, actuals and Variance Analysis for Leadership briefings
• Track weekly actuals against monthly/yearly targets and maintain Earned Value Performance reports
• Coordinate with cross functional teams across multiple organizations (Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management) for effective communication
• Manage aspects of departmental procurement requests
• Review project status and manage schedules
• Prepare, provide, maintain, and present project status
