Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Utah seeks an Associate Manufacturing Analyst Level 1 or Manufacturing Analyst Level 2 to join the Tooling organization in Clearfield/Layton. You will support production planning, budgeting, and variance analysis, and interact with leadership to drive process improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong communication; EVMS experience plus MS Office and MS Project are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum qualification; entry or advanced level depending on position.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Clearance and PAR within a reasonable period.
• Experience with EVMS and budgeting/variance analysis.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production, business, and processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Budgeting and tracking of spending for tooling material and labor (direct & indirect).
• Develop, analyze, and maintain estimates to completion; perform monthly budget, EAC, actuals and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and scheduling.
