Job summary

Oden Technologies is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our post-sales team. You will design and deploy integration solutions that connect the Oden platform to factory systems, work with the Data Science group on AI/ML based customer solutions, and lead technical deployments across enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable integrations, maintain connector libraries, and translate field observations into product feedback while traveling

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Programming in Python or Golang, plus SQL and REST APIs.
• Experience with distributed systems and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource on assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data Science, and Product Engineering.
• Design and implement data integrations to Oden’s cloud endpoints.
• Oversee integration with ERP, MES, and QMS platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and improve connector libraries.
• Provide guidance and documentation for customers.
• Travel to customer sites ~25–40% depending on deployment phase.
