Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role, enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Programming experience: Python, Golang, SQL, REST APIs, Bash, AI coding assistants.
• Experience with large datasets and AI tools.
• Experience with distributed systems, enterprise networking, and cloud (Google Cloud).
• Strong written communication and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% to customer sites.
• Hold a US driver's license.
• Based in NYC metro or willing to relocate/commute as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource on accounts—from discovery through deployment and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Manager and Customer Success Engineers to cover responsibilities.
• Build trusted relationships with customer technical leads and IT teams.
• Proactively surface technical risks and coordinate internal expertise to keep deployments on track.
• Design and implement integrations between Oden and ERP/MES/QMS systems.
• Lead the technical implementation of Oden solutions, configuring, modelling, and deploying AI components.
• Develop, maintain, and improve integration documentation and design materials.
