Job summary

Oden Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Boston to drive post‑sales technical deployments for enterprise manufacturing customers.

You will design and build integrations between customer systems and the Oden platform, working with Data Science to apply AI/ML methods and ensuring successful deployments. You will collaborate with Solutions Managers and Customer Success Engineers, troubleshoot issues, and develop reusable connectors for ERP, MES, and QMS systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical customer‑facing role on enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Programming experience with Python, Golang, SQL, REST APIs, and Bash.
• Strong data handling with large datasets and troubleshooting of integrations.
• Experience with distributed systems, middleware, networking, and cloud deployment environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% and hold a US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource on assigned accounts from discovery and solution design through deployment and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Manager and Customer Success Engineers to cover technical and relational responsibilities.
• Build trusted relationships with customer IT and manufacturing stakeholders and act as the go-to for technical questions.
• Surface technical risks early and coordinate internal expertise to keep deployments on track.
• Design and implement data integration solutions that connect customer data sources to Oden cloud endpoints.
• Oversee ERP, MES, and QMS integrations, managing dependencies and risks across systems.
• Develop, maintain, and improve connector libraries to interface Oden with common manufacturing systems.
• Design solutions with Data Science including AI/ML models and deploy them to align with customer workflows.
• Plan implementation timelines and milestones with the Solutions Manager/Engineer coordinating the account.
• Provide post‑implementation support, document architectures, and collect feedback for product improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues across networks and data pipelines, both remotely and on-site.
• Translate field observations into actionable product feedback and best practices.
