Job summary

Oden Technologies is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the post-sales team in the Minneapolis area. You will design and build data integrations, work with AI/ML models, and ensure successful deployment of Oden’s platform across customer sites.

You’ll partner with Solutions Managers and Customer Success Engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, and help translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions. A US driver’s license and travel ~25–40% are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, etc.)
• Programming experience: Python, Golang or equivalent, SQL, REST APIs, Bash, AI-powered coding assistants
• Strong experience with large datasets and data processing tools
• Experience with distributed systems, middleware, and enterprise networking
• Ability to work independently on complex integration problems and communicate progress clearly
• Strong written communication skills and self-organization
• Willingness to travel to customer sites 25–40% depending on deployment phase
• Hold a US driver's license
• Based in NYC metro, Atlanta, Chicago, Austin, Boston, Minneapolis

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource on assigned accounts—from discovery and solution design through deployment, integration, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with Solutions Manager and Customer Success Engineers to cover technical and relationship responsibilities
• Build trusted relationships with customer technical leads and IT teams, serving as the go-to for technical questions
• Proactively surface technical risks and blockers and pull in internal expertise to keep deployments on track
• Design and implement data integration solutions that connect ERP, MES, QMS, etc., to Oden's cloud endpoints
• Oversee integration, manage dependencies, and ensure performance and reliability of deployments
• Develop, maintain, and improve connector libraries interfacing Oden with common systems
• Work with Data Science to design solutions including AI/ML models and deployment configs
• Plan implementation scopes, configurations, timelines, and milestones with leadership
