Job summary

You will reconcile production/inventory reports, process accounts payable, generate weekly reports, and assist with accruals and taxability coding while collaborating with plant and accounting teams. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred in accounting.
• Basic math and accounting principles required.
• ERP, Excel and Word experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile production or inventory reports and analyze variances.
• Process accounts payable and match invoices to PO or receiving reports.
• Prepare and distribute reports to management and support accruals.
• Cross-train with team to cover day-to-day accounting tasks.
