Qualifications

• Basic understanding of math and accounting principles required.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Reconciles production or inventory reports and analyzes discrepancies.
• Generates daily production reports and inventory reports from the database.
• Processes accounts payable and matches invoices to receipts and purchase orders.
• Distributes reports weekly and communicates findings to management.
• Cross-trains with other accounting employees to ensure continuity.
• Supports team initiatives and adheres to company policies and LEAN principles.
