Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years accounting, clerical, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles production or inventory reports and analyzes discrepancies.
• Generates daily production (batch) and inventory reports from the database.
• Processes vendor invoices and matches to receiving reports and purchase orders.
• Codes invoices lacking a PO to proper expense accounts.
• Creates weekly summary reports and distributes to management.
• Maintains filing system and tracks financial accruals and taxability.
• Cross-trains with other accounting staff and participates in team activities.
