Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the north metro to hire an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function and drive process improvement across a growing, fast-moving operation.

This role will own the general ledger, financial close and reporting, manage treasury and banking relationships, and lead the AP team while ensuring inventory and COGS accuracy. Cross-functional collaboration with operations and FP&A is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 6+ years of accounting experience with potential supervisory exposure.
• Experience in Manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the general ledger, financial close, and reporting activities.
• Manage treasury and banking relationships, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
• Lead the AP team including workload, performance management, and development.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing accounting.
• Maintain internal controls.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and FP&A on business performance and planning.
• Drive process improvement projects to reduce manual processes and improve close efficiency.
