Job summary

Deist Industries, LLC seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team at Bucks Fabrication in Hadley, PA. The role reports to the Controller and on-site leadership ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvements.

The position oversees AP/AR, general ledger, manufacturing cost accounting, and close processes, with a focus on data integrity, timely reporting, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA, CMA, MBA are pluses.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily AP and AR activities and ensure timely processing.
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and support period-end close.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant accounting records and support tax filings.
• Provide accounting support for manufacturing operations through product costing and variance reporting.
• Lead training and performance feedback for accounting staff; drive continuous improvement.
