This hands-on leadership role will manage month-end close, multi-site accounting, and process improvements while guiding a team of 4–6 staff across AP/AR. Competitive salary $100k-$120k.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including trial balances, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Lead month-end, semi-annual, and year-end close.
• Manage tax activities and support audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and standardize/document accounting processes.
• Lead a team of 4–6 across AP, AR, Staff, and Senior Staff Accounting.
• Partner with site leadership to ensure consistent accounting practices across locations.
• Serve as a hands-on Accounting Manager focused on accuracy, process improvement, and accountability.
