Accredo Packaging, Inc. seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee general and plant accounting across multiple manufacturing locations in Sugar Land, TX. You will drive accurate financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead system improvements.

You will supervise staff, manage monthly close, review statements, support audits, and collaborate with the Controller to implement processes that boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 5–7 years in accounting, manufacturing preferred.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting and global consolidation a plus.
• Previous management experience required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise plant accountants and bookkeeping functions.
• Coordinate monthly close and management reporting packages.
• Review balance sheets, income statements, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile intercompany balances for consolidated reporting.
• Support annual audits and other audits as required.
• Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Ensure timely government compliance reporting.
• Participate in ERP implementation and system improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity.
• Provide leadership and development for direct reports.
• Develop, document, and improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Communicate progress to senior management.
