Job summary

Accredo Packaging, Inc. in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a proven Plant Manager to direct all end-to-end manufacturing operations at a high-volume, 24/7 facility.

You will hold full P&L responsibility and provide strategic oversight across Blown Film, Pre-Press/Flexo, Lamination/Slitting, Logistics, and Maintenance. The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of leadership in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in Plant Manager roles, and a track record of margin expansion through cost containment and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business, or related technical field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership with 5+ years in senior plant roles.
• Proven P&L ownership for a high-volume, 24/7 operation.
• Experience in 12-hour rotating shifts and multi-department leadership.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end manufacturing operations at a 24/7/365 Sugar Land facility.
• Maintain P&L ownership and drive EBITDA margin through waste and labor optimization.
• Lead cross-functional teams across extrusion, printing, lamination, converting, logistics, and maintenance.
• Host executive customer tours and ensure SQF/BRC compliance.
• Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement programs.
